Lightly coat a nonstick standard-size muffin tin with cooking spray. To make crust, seal the Oreos and graham crackers in a zip-top bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into fine crumbs. Put the crumbs in a medium bowl. Add melted light butter and sugar until mixed well. Divide the crumb mixture evenly among 12 standard-size muffin cups. Press the crumbs firmly into the bottom of each muffin cup, then place the muffin tin in the freezer for 20 minutes. .

A quick thought on Bennett, from ssscribe's mention before. Most of us went through the winter thinking that he was out of options. Since he isn't, I think if he doesn't win the 5th start job out of spring training, I think it might be best for him to go to Richmond and log some inning so if/when someone in the rotation gets hurts or is ineffective, he could jump right in. Swing guys can usually only go 5 innings (at most) as an emergency starter, so why not take advantage of that final roster spot with Boyer/Resop (assuming they pitch okay in spring) so you have an extra arm in the pen for regular us. And if a situation arose where Bennett wasn't available for an emergency start, I'd assume Charlie Morton will be in Mississippi and on a schedule opposite Bennett/Reyes/etc.
BA pilot feared the worst as he struggled to land plane
THE pilot of the British Airways aircraft that crash-landed at Heathrow said he feared the flight would end in "catastrophe" as he struggled to cope with a double engine failure just two miles from touchdown. First Officer John Coward, 41, said both engines lost power simultaneously, leaving him with just seconds to bring the aircraft down. He managed to clear the perimeter fence before landing short of the runway with "not just one thud but a series of thuds". Investigators examining the wreckage of flight BA038 are now focusing on the theory that the crash was caused by a failure in the avionics and electronics systems that control the plane’s engines. British Airways is expected to examine the systems of every aircraft in its 43-strong fleet of Boeing 777s, although the Air Accidents Investigations Branch says there is no need to ground the planes at this stage.
Cuban TV to 'reflect' on Castro's rule
The letter was printed on the entire front page of Tuesday's Granma and was read on Cuban radio and television on Tuesday. But the Cuban airwaves continued with regularly scheduled programming and reported other news as usual. The Round Table program closed Tuesday's show with an editorial noting that ''10 imperialistic administrations have tried to defeat him, block him, assassinate him.'' The editorial was reprinted in Wednesday's edition of Granma. ''Each one of us got the news with a personal burden of emotions,'' it added. 'One way or the other, each his own way, we've all received the news with a mixture of sadness and pride, because Fidel, our Fidel, leaves his historic position and tells us without drama that `it would be a betrayal to my conscience to accept a responsibility requiring more mobility and dedication than I am physically able to offer,' the editorial said.
Majesco lessens losses
With the casual gaming trend on the rise, few publishers have embraced the sector as wholeheartedly as Majesco Entertainment. After withdrawing from the premium-game-publishing market in 2006, Majesco shifted its focus to budget and handheld games, where it has found success with titles like Cake Mania and Cooking Mama. That approach has significantly reshaped Majesco, as evidenced by this week's release of the company's financial results for its fourth quarter and full fiscal year, which ended on October 31, 2007. While Majesco's annual revenues were down nearly 24 percent to $51 million from $66.7 million, the publisher's net losses lessened 11 percent to $4.8 million from $5.4 million. For the fourth quarter on its own, revenues were down 45 percent to $11.9 million from the year before, but net losses were cut by 66 percent to $961,000.
The dieter's to-do list
Unlike dinner at home, most restaurants serve larger portions than what you're supposed to be eating, says Bedford clinical psychologist and dietitian Christopher Mosunic. And when food is sitting in front of you, even if you're full and satisfied, you'll continue eating. "A serving of meat or carbs should be the size of your hand," he says, "but most portions are three to four times that." That doesn't mean you should avoid eating out; just compensate in other ways. Mosunic's advice? Don't overindulge in alcohol. "When people go out, they tend to start with a mixed drink-something heavy-then lose their inhibitions from the start." Instead, order Pellegrino-something you wouldn't have at home, so it still feels like an indulgence. And instead of throwing in the napkin after you've had too much, ask your server to pack half of your meal before it gets to the table.

FAMILY SERVICE: On Mothering Sunday, March 2, in St Peter's church at 10.30am. This is always a well attended service and gives the children a chance to thank their mothers by presenting them with posies during the service. OFF THE ROAD: Yet again a motorist must have been travelling at speed as they approached the bend on the B2116 near the entrance to Novington Lane last week. Lets hope that the driver, and passengers if there were any, escaped uninjured from the Land Rover that crashed into a field nearby. I have been told that it was Plumpton College students who were in the vehicle and it appears they were very lucky as they were thrown out. N WATCH: As two of my co-ordinators have moved away, the following is an update of co-ordinators for the Hamsey, Cooksbridge and Offham area.
4,000 scientists meet in Orlando area to find biodiesel solutions to ...
The world is running out of oil. Consumers are irked at forking over $3 for every gallon of gasoline. Oil and gas are not renewable, and most of the known crude is buried in blistering deserts of the Middle East or frozen tracts from Alaska to Siberia. For those reasons and more, 4,000 scientists, farm-state officials and others are energized as they meet this week at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, cooking up more plans for alternative fuels -- "bio-fuels" -- using everything from soybeans and crushed cotton seeds to corn and waste vegetable oil. All American grown. .
